[rant] be nice to them, they treat you like shit. treat them like shit, they love you.

That's what it is. I hate to do it, but this is an axiom. It's never wrong. And it doesn't matter how I hate to treat them like shit, it's what [some people] french waiters expect. And my position sometimes requires me to treat [certain people] french waiters like shit.
But I hate it. [/end of rant]

I am all for summer. I used to be a really summerish girl. But I hate the first day of DST. The first  morning is awful, especially for those who are not morning persons. See me.

Well, what was the point if this entry? Yes. Chrstopher Walken. I love Christopher Walken. He just made me sit through an awful movie with Alicia Silverstone and..Benicio Del Toro (yes, they were probably kidding, the casting guys). Movie made no sense. But Walken was mesmerizing. And I had to watch it. No, I'm not justifying myslef for sitting through a b-movie of the 90s, which are somewhat worse than the 80s ones, since they still don't have that much vintage fashion, but, still, it's pop culture, and I am a pop c-girl. And Benicio Del Toro was hawt anyway, even with a bad hair color. And Alicia Silverstone was completely different from the current starlettes, plasticsurgically speaking.

Well. I still have half pot of coffee. And I have my mug half full. And it's almost lunch time. And I still crave for coffee. But I hate to have lunch with the taste of coffee in my mouth. But I'm gonna have lunch in a bit, so the day can finally start to kick in, because I hate the first day of DST.

I have to say one more thing, and then end of the rant: I don't like petty people. I don't like those who are incapable to put themselves in discussion. And it makes me sad thinking about young people that have a close mind. I know life's hard. I know everybody find their own way to survive, somehow. But blinds are... blinds are just sad.

Where would I like to be, now? I'd love to be in snoekie68 living room. Sipping a delicious cappuccino, the one that her coffe machine makes like no other machine in the old Europe. And I'd love to chat with my good friend, and then take a walk by the canals.

Tony Geary of "General Hospital" took home his fifth Daytime Emmy as lead actor. He first won in 1982.

"My face may be falling, but my heart and my spirit are still soaring," the 58-year-old actor said backstage. "Those of us over 50 and even 40 sometimes feel overlooked. This is a very gratifying win for that reason."

He would make so much fun of me if he'd run into these:

Allora gridò.

2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can, What can you touch?
Robbie William's Intensive Care, my beloved Filene's Snow Hat, the Royalties' statement of the company I work for - first semester 2005, nothing else, I guess. The edge of the desk?

3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
The Joker. Avengers (in colour)

almost 12?

5. Now look at the clock. What is the actual time?
11.40. Still too late for all the things I gotta do.

6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
Nothing. If we don't consider the Bee Gees that play from my computer

7. When did you last step outside?
To go to the rooftop terrace of the building I work in. You can see the whole city from there. Breathtaking view.

8. Before you started this survey, what did you look at?

Sheer greenish/yellowish shirt, black v-swetaer on top, black pants. Black cowboystyle boots. Pink socks, or maybe red. Baby blue panties. No bra.

11. When did you last laugh?

12. What is on the walls of the room you are in?
My boss' 12 years ago cover, the view from the John Hankock builing (all the 4 sides), and a board with: Marylin, Audrey, Humphrey, postcards from my friends, The Hidden Tiger postcard with Steed and Peel behind bars, a pic of one of Marcos' soldiers, la Virgen de Guadalupe, pix of me with Chela, and Lako, pic of my friend Julie. Pic of the Loyola Campus.

You know when you feel like playin'around, joking around, working around, but eventually end up with absolutely nothing accomplished?

That's exatcly the feeling & the mood right now.

But there's this song in the air...'Be tender with my love' that everything around looks and feels almost perfect.

It's what happens with my heart when I listen to certain songs.

Barry and Robin Gibb reunited on stage for the first time since their brother Maurice passed away. They performed Saturday night, February 18th, in a private concert to raise money for the Diabetes Research Institute at their annual Love and Hope event held at the Diplomat Hotel. They performed songs spanning the last 35 years, including “Staying Alive,” “Massachusetts,” “How Deep is Your Love” and a stunning tribute to Maurice with the song “Don’t Forget to Remember.”

Oh yes, since I first remembered and than forgot Pat Macnee's b-day yesterday, let me just say 'Happy b-day Gareth Hunt'.
The guy's been one of my first TV crush. He was plain handsome as Mike Gambit.
And since we are really talking avengers... I made these a while ago, never been brave enough to share them, but hell... who cares in the end if they're really so ugly? ;-)
